My work seems easier, and I seem to be giving off a different attitude which is making people interact with me differently — I love it. I sit on the train and recall the instructions to relax and instantly I do so.

My sleep quality seems different and better too, but I think I went through a stage of oddly broken sleep at first. I wish I tried this sooner, it really is the real deal, and I think made with complete integrity and good intention. I think its best to get used to the sleep and relax before trying the solfeggio one, because the sleep and relax gives more instructions for relaxing.

Being someone that suffers with sleeping difficulties sometimes I can lay in bed until 5am or later not being able to sleep but at the same time feeling so tired I downloaded this app with high hopes after reading the reviews but knowing how tricky I find 'bed time' I was quite desperate to find something that will help.

Seems to be when I first listen to them they do the job and j never hear the end of the session then after a while it's like the magic wears off and i download a new one. But saying that it is through no fault of this app I get used to them that's my own issues. But I would defo recommend this. He is very talented and amazing at what he does. I haven't tried any of the fighting addiction ones as they don't apply to me so I can't comment on those sessions but going by what I have experienced already I would still recommend Glenn Harold of you are planning on giving up!
